Taller Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Taller: Height Growth Tracker. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Service

Taller provides growth-support habit tracking, guided routines, posture-focused exercises, nutrition and sleep logging, recovery tools, AI coaching, reports, and subscription-based premium features.

No Medical Advice

Taller is not a medical app. Content is for general wellness, education, and habit formation. The app does not guarantee height increase, diagnose medical conditions, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information when using onboarding, tracking, AI, and report features. Stop exercises if you feel pain, dizziness, or unsafe discomfort. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before major health, nutrition, or exercise changes. Do not misuse, reverse engineer, attack, or disrupt the app or backend services.

Subscriptions

Taller offers Weekly and Yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The Yearly Plan may include a 3-day free trial where available. Purchases are billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID subscription settings.

Generated User ID

The app creates a generated user ID instead of email/password authentication. Keep your device secure. Removing app data may limit our ability to reconnect your device to older generated-user records unless backend records can be matched through support.

Intellectual Property

The app, interface, text, graphics, software, and related materials are owned by Taller or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content except as allowed by law.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
