This Privacy Policy explains how Taller collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the iOS app and related services.

Information We Collect

Taller does not use email, password, or social-login authentication. The app creates a generated user ID and device secret so your app data can persist without a traditional account.

We may collect onboarding answers, goals, age range, lifestyle, sleep, activity, nutrition preferences, schedule, coaching preferences, height, weight, progress entries, routine logs, exercise logs, recovery logs, nutrition logs, hydration logs, sleep logs, AI coach messages, AI-generated plans, subscription entitlement data, Apple product IDs, transaction identifiers, renewal state, expiration dates, device type, operating system version, timestamps, error states, and app configuration needed for security and reliability.

How We Use Information

We use information to save your app state, personalize routines, nutrition guidance, recovery suggestions, reports, and AI coaching, verify purchases, manage premium access, restore entitlements, improve reliability, prevent abuse, debug issues, protect backend resources, and respond to support requests.

AI Processing

AI features run through Supabase Edge Functions. Those functions may send the minimum required prompt and app context to OpenRouter-hosted model providers to generate responses. API keys are stored server-side and are not included in the iOS app.

Storage And Security

Application data is stored in Supabase and linked to your generated user ID. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Backend endpoints validate generated user credentials before reading or writing user-specific data. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-Party Services

Supabase is used for database, Edge Functions, and backend infrastructure. OpenRouter and its model providers are used for AI response generation. Apple StoreKit and App Store Server APIs are used for subscriptions and entitlement verification.

Your Choices

You can stop using the app at any time. You can request data access or deletion by contacting support at [email protected]. If you delete local app data, backend deletion may require a support request so we can locate the generated user ID safely.

Children

Taller is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 should use the app with parent or guardian guidance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Taller is a wellness and habit-building app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or guarantee height increase.
