These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SafeChoice mobile application ("SafeChoice", the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. These Terms also serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA).

LICENSE We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use SafeChoice on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. Not medical or nutritional advice: SafeChoice provides general informational scores and ingredient insights to help you make choices. It is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or allergy advice. Always read the actual product packaging and consult a qualified professional for health decisions, allergies, or medical conditions. Scores and analyses may contain errors or be incomplete.
  2. SUBSCRIPTIONS SafeChoice offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Weekly — $6.99 per week, and Yearly — $39.99 per year with a 3-day free trial. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase. • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
  3. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose, and not to rely on it as the sole basis for health or safety decisions.
  4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SafeChoice and its content, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
  5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made based on the App's output.
  7. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND TERMS We may modify or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
  8. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
