What Nouri is

Nouri is a pregnancy food companion. You describe a food in your own words and Nouri tells you whether it is compatible with pregnancy, what to check, or what to choose instead, and keeps an estimated nutrition journal alongside it.

Nouri is not medical advice

This is the most important term here.

• Nouri provides general food-safety information, grounded in published FDA, CDC, and ACOG pregnancy guidance.
• Nouri is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, prevent, monitor, or treat any disease or condition.
• Nouri does not replace your doctor or midwife, and it never overrides advice from your care team.
• Nutrition figures are estimates, not measurements.
• If you have symptoms that worry you — including heavy bleeding, severe pain, fainting, difficulty breathing, or reduced fetal movement — contact your maternity team or emergency services immediately. Do not rely on this app.

You are responsible for decisions you make about what you eat.

Nouri is free to download. Nouri Premium is an auto-renewing subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
