Questions, problems, or feedback? Email [email protected] and we will get back to you. We usually reply within two business days.
Do I need an account? No. Nouri has no sign-up, no email, and no password. The questionnaire on first launch is all the setup there is.
Why does Nouri ask for my due date? It sets your gestational week and trimester, and those change the advice. Iron and volume matter more later on; folate and nausea matter more early. If you do not know your due date, you can enter your current week instead.
I asked about a food and it did not get logged. Is that a bug? No, that is deliberate. Typing a bare product name like "brie" is a safety question and logs nothing. To log something, say so — for example "log oatmeal and a latte".
How do I change my allergies, diet, or due date after onboarding? Open your profile from the conversation header and edit it there. Guidance updates immediately.
How accurate is the nutrition? It is an estimate. Nouri uses a curated food catalogue and Open Food Facts for packaged products. Share the brand, ingredients, or preparation for a closer figure.
Does Nouri work offline? Yes. If the network or the model is unavailable, Nouri falls back to on-device guidance and keeps working.
What does Nouri Premium cost?
How do I cancel? Open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Nouri, then Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid being charged for the next one.
How do I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
I paid but Premium is not active. Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. If it still does not unlock, email us with the date of purchase.
Email [email protected] and ask for your Nouri data to be deleted. Because there is no account, include your install identifier if you can. We delete the record within 30 days. Deleting the app also stops all collection.
Nouri gives general food-safety information and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat anything and never replaces your doctor or midwife. If something feels wrong — heavy bleeding, severe pain, fainting, trouble breathing, or reduced fetal movement — contact your maternity team or emergency services straight away.
