Nouri is a pregnancy food companion. This policy explains exactly what the app
collects, why, and who it goes to. It is written to match the privacy label
shown on Nouri's App Store product page.
The short version
- Nouri has no account, no email address, and no password.
- We collect the answers you give during onboarding so guidance can be written
for your pregnancy instead of pregnancy in general.
- We never use your data for advertising, and we never sell or share it
with data brokers.
What we collect
Nouri collects the following, and only when you provide it.
Health information
- Your due date, and the gestational week and trimester derived from it
- Allergies you list
- Dietary preferences you list
- Conditions you tell us about, such as gestational diabetes, high blood
pressure, anaemia, thyroid conditions, or cholestasis
- Notes you enter about what your midwife or doctor has said
- Foods you say you are unsure about, your stated goal, and the difficulties you
select during onboarding
Sensitive information
- Pregnancy information. Your due date and gestational week describe a
pregnancy, so we disclose this category explicitly.
Contact information
- A first name, only if you choose to enter one when Nouri asks what to call
you. This field is optional and the app works fully without it.
