These terms cover your use of the Mori iOS app. By using Mori you agree to them.

The app is licensed under Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement, which you can read at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these terms and that agreement differ, Apple's agreement governs.

What Mori is

Mori is a macro journal. You describe a meal in plain language and Mori estimates its protein, carbs, fats and calories, then keeps a history you can review and edit.

Estimates, not measurements

Every nutrition figure in Mori is an estimate produced from a text description. It is not a laboratory measurement and it will sometimes be wrong. You can correct any value, and you should treat the numbers as a guide rather than fact.

Mori is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a regulated medical device in any country or region. Do not use it to manage a medical condition. Speak to a qualified professional about your diet or health, particularly if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication.

Mori Pro

Mori Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or annually.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings, then Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms. Mori cannot issue them directly.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to Mori or the services behind it, and do not use it to break the law.

Availability

Mori depends on services that can change or become unavailable. Features may be added, altered or withdrawn, and the app is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Mori is not liable for loss arising from your use of it.
