Common questions
Do I need an account? No. Mori has no sign-in, no email and no password. Open it and start logging.
How do I log a meal? Type what you ate into the composer at the bottom of the journal, in plain language, and send. "Chicken burrito bowl" is enough. Mori replies with an estimate and adds a meal card.
A macro estimate looks wrong. Tap the meal to open it, then adjust the portion. The totals recalculate. You can also just tell Mori in the thread, for example "make that two scoops".
How do I see my history? Tap the grid button in the top right of the journal, or pinch in. That opens the meal atlas, a visual record of everything you have logged. Tap the chevron to go back.
How do I manage or cancel Mori Pro? Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Mori. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
I paid but Pro is not active. Open the overflow menu, choose Mori Pro, and tap Restore purchases. If it still does not appear, email the address above.
How do I delete my data? Deleting the app removes your meal journal from your device. To have the onboarding answers stored against your install identifier deleted, email and ask.
Are the numbers accurate? They are estimates produced from your description, and they will sometimes be off. Correct anything that looks wrong. Mori is not a medical device and does not give medical advice.
